Structured transitional housing for three populations. Each program is designed around the specific needs, barriers, and goals of the people we serve.
Three Specialized Programs
We do not operate a generic shelter. Each program is built around the distinct challenges, referral pathways, and support needs of a specific population.
Safe, structured housing for individuals transitioning out of county jail, state prison, or federal incarceration. Designed to reduce recidivism through stable housing and active case management.
Transitional stability for DV survivors who have completed emergency shelter and need a safe, confidential environment to rebuild their lives and prepare for independent living.
Intensive transitional housing and independent living support for young adults ages 18–24 who are aging out of or recently exited the foster care system in Palm Beach County.
Professional transitional housing and case management for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration — structured to support court compliance and long-term stability.
Transitional housing and wraparound support for survivors who have completed emergency shelter and need a safe, stable environment to build toward independent living.
Intensive transitional housing and independent living skills development for young adults ages 18–24 navigating the transition out of the foster care system in Palm Beach County.
