Professional transitional housing and case management for individuals re-entering the community after incarceration — structured to support court compliance and long-term stability.

Who Qualifies

  • Individuals released from county jail, state prison, or federal institution
  • Individuals referred by Drug Court, probation or parole officers, or reentry programs
  • Must be willing to comply with house rules, curfew requirements, and case management participation
  • Substance-free program — participants must agree to maintain sobriety
  • Emergency placements accepted for reentry — contact us directly for urgent situations

  • Individuals who have completed an emergency shelter stay and need transitional stability

  • Individuals working toward independent living and self-sufficiency goals

  • Safe, confidential housing environment — visitor screening protocols in place
  • Trauma-informed case management with individualized housing plan
  • Connections to legal advocacy — restraining orders, divorce proceedings, family court
  • Life skills training for independent living — budgeting, housing search, employment

  • Confidential Address Policy
    Address not shared without explicit resident consent. Available for survivors requiring full confidentiality.
  • Visitor Screening
    All visitors must be approved and registered. No unannounced visitors permitted.

    Documented safety planning with each resident. Staff trained in trauma-informed response.

  • Stable transitional housing in a safe, supervised environment
  • Intensive independent living skills — cooking, budgeting, transportation, banking
  • Educational support — GED completion, college enrollment, vocational training

What to Expect

Clear information for prospective residents and their families about what the program involves, day-to-day expectations, and how to prepare.

Your First Day

  • Orientation — tour of the facility and introduction to staff
  • Room assignment — furnished private space
  • House rules overview and signed acknowledgment
  • Initial meeting with your case manager
  • Intake assessment and goal-setting begins

House Rules Overview

  • Curfew hours — enforced nightly, specific times by program
  • Substance-free environment — no drugs or alcohol on premises
  • Visitor policy — approved visitors only, scheduled in advance
  • Participation requirement — weekly case manager check-ins, programming attendance
  • Shared responsibility for common area upkeep

Resident FAQ

What should I bring?
Clothing, personal hygiene items, any prescription medications, and important documents (ID, Social Security card). Rooms are furnished.
Is there a cost?
Program fees apply for residents who are able to contribute. Those who cannot afford fees are not turned away — need-based accommodations are available.
Can I work while in the program?
Yes — employment is actively encouraged and supported as a core program goal.
How long can I stay?
Typically 3–12 months, based on individual progress toward independent living goals.
