Foster Care Aging Out

Youth ages 18–24 exiting the foster care system face a housing cliff. Without transitional support, many end up homeless within months. We partner with DCF and ChildNet caseworkers.

What Partners Say

From probation officers to DCF caseworkers — professionals across Palm Beach County trust Sunshine Pathways to deliver.

"Sunshine Pathways responds faster than any provider I work with. When I call about a client who needs immediate placement, they get back to me the same day. That's rare in this space."

M.R.
M. Rodriguez
Probation Officer, Palm Beach County

"The structure and accountability here is exactly what my clients need after aging out. They don't just get a room — they get a plan, a case manager, and real support. I've referred three youth in the past two months."

T.W.
T. Williams

"We were skeptical at first — there are a lot of transitional housing providers who don't follow through. Sunshine Pathways has been different. Communicative, organized, and genuinely invested in outcomes."
